ORDERS
The Softimage Store is operated by Softimage as a vehicle for placing orders with Softimage’s parent company, Avid Technology, Inc. (Avid), located in Tewksbury, MA, U.S.A. All orders are submitted to, and subject to acceptance by, Avid. You will be notified upon acceptance and shipment of your order. Please note that Avid reserves the right to reject an order for any reason at its sole discretion, such as but not limited to, product availability. In the unlikely event an order is rejected, you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.
RETURNS
Software products that are available as downloads are not returnable. If you experience any problems or are not able to properly download your software, contact

Software products for which licenses have been issued may not be returned. Defective parts may be returned individually within 30 days for replacement only.
Apparel products purchased from the Softimage Store are returnable within 30 days only if they are unwashed and in new condition, unworn, or are defective.
Please note that licenses for SOFTIMAGE XSI Foundation and for Academic Editions of SOFTIMAGE|XSI are not transferable after initial purchase, download, and/or deployment of the software.
All software products are also subject to the additional terms and conditions found in their accompanying software license agreements.
How to Return Defective parts & Apparel:

All returns should be packaged securely and shipping charges must be prepaid. Softimage is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. COD returns cannot be accepted.
